Sharapsa Villas

Sharapsa villas are a complex in Konakli Town west of Alanya City. Although this is a villa complex, you feel nevertheless calm and separated from your neighbor. Many fruit trees, pals, olive trees and Hibiscus separate the properties and the lush green lawn completes this beautiful garden. A paved path provides for a comfortable entrance to the villa.  

3 big bedrooms, a large living room, 2 bathrooms with shower and whirlpool, guests WC, separate kitchen with granite work surface and two large balconies are here for your enjoyment. The living room has been laid out with a television area and an office space and with the large panoramic windows this brings our plenty of natural light.

The floors have been laid with marble; the interior stairs in bright marble co-ordinate with the crème colored plaster finished walls. Modern stucco works are on the ceilings and the room doors are in the American panel design. Both bathrooms are completely fitted with shower, shower cubicle, whirlpool and bathroom cabinets with granite wash basins and counter.

The designer kitchen is L-shaped with the work surface in granite work top. Even when washing the dishes you have a wonderful view over the beautiful garden and the sea from the window.
Electrical appliances like dishwasher, refrigerator, cooker, heater, extractor and a microwave are present in the kitchen.

All areas are air-conditioned so you can keep the villa cool in the summer and warm in the winter
In this villa resort a common pool with a size of 400 m2, a water reservoir of 500 m3, sauna, Turkish bath, fitness, tennis court, basketball saloon, children garden, walking areas and a cafeteria are all available for the use of the residents.

From the pool you can enjoy an endless view of that radiating blue Mediterranean.


About Konakli:
Konakli, a small suburb with 28.000 inhabitants, approximately 12 km to Alanya. Konakli has old historical culture of the western suburb area. Most important source of income in Konakli is the tourism. In the last years this place has developed its own small town, where you can find everything. Every Wednesday there's a bazaar, where the farmers of the region sell their fresh harvested vegetables. Each 15 to 20 minutes there is a bus to Alanya and back.
